1. Once you call Closets Now, an appointment will be set up to come to your home to analyze your home organization needs. The visit will be made by a Certified Designer that is a professional organizer.
   
2. During the visit, the designer will sit down with you and discuss what exactly you are looking for. They may have questions as to what exactly you will be using the space for, how many people will be using it, how often will it be used, etc.
   
3. The designer will go and take measurements of the space and begin designing the solution. Once the solution is designed, you will be able to see it on our laptop computer in full color and to your specifications.
   
This will not be a hand drawn representation, but using our proprietary CAD program. Changes that you request can be made right then and there until the solution is exactly to your specifications. A proposal will be made up at your home. If you decide to go ahead with Closets Now at that time, a tentative installation date will be set.


4. A day before the installation, a Closets Now representative will call to confirm the installation. Also, you will be notified of how the process will be done and what to expect. Once the installation crew arrives, they will briefly review with you what they are going to be installing and show you the color samples. All of our installers are clean cut and courteous to your home. We use clean drop cloths in all our work areas to ensure the highest degree of cleanliness. Your home will be left cleaner than before we arrived.

5. After the installation is completed, the installers will verify with you that the installation is exactly what you wanted. They will also give you a brief rundown of all the components and how to correctly use them.
